Nope, not French. It is American model and porn actor Bryan Slater from a photo shoot by photographer Michael Epps. I was looking for pics of Bryan for a post when I ran across a b&w photo that reminded me of these, so I sent Bryan an email asking if he was the man in these pics and he promptly answered that they are indeed of him. Mystery solved.
