Don't have much on Richard Sere, except that he appeared in the May 1995 issue of Playgirl, as you can see in the first pic. He also won three teenage bodybuilding championships in the 1990 East Coast Championships - NPC (National Physique Committee): 1st LightWeight, 1st Teen LightWeight, and Teen Overall Winner.

I remember this guy in Playgirl and have tried to keep up with him via internet search but nothing. thank you for reprinting these images which my Grandma found and was thrown away. I never forgot him.
What. A. Man! The sculpted, manly chest, tight abs and powerful legs are to die for.
